So today we had our intro and registration and we got to meet Coach Powers who will be leading the seminar and it was awesome! he is def a teacher and fit to the max! We got our Daily schedules and our we start at 5:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and then Wednesday we have our group activity and weekends we have off. But through out the week we are training 3 times a day, morning is plyometrics mid day is strength training and afternoon is conditioning. God will def be challenging me in a lot of areas over the next month but I am stokd and cant wait to see what God has in store for me!
